Gordon has a passion for the bush and over the past 25 years has tramped

  1. Most of New Zealands Great Walks (Many of these several times).
  2. Many minor tracks throughout the North and South Island.
  3. The Overland Track and several minor tracks in Tasmania.
  4. Tracks throughout the Blue Mountains in NSW.
  5. Gordon has also tramped a few tracks in
    1. Wales, England, The IOM, Thailand, Bali and Hawaii.

  1. Australia (5 years over an 18 year period 1990/2008).
  2. The UK (2.5 years over a 10 year period 1991/2001).
  3. USA/Canada (4 months in 1990 and 2001/02).

    1. Turkey (6 weeks).
    2. Germany (3 weeks).
    3. Thailand (2 months).
    4. Bali (6 weeks).
    5. Malaysia (3 days).

Other interests

Gordon enjoys movies, reading, travelling, motorbike and bicycle riding, developing sustainable gardens, visual art, music and dabbling with technology and mechanical devices.
